Web Designer (Location: India)

Responsibilities
	Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for the websites.
	Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when needed.
	Design web 2.0 websites.
Required education and experience
	Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of experience in web design, of which a minimum of one year producing table-less, XHTML.
	Preferably with an undergraduate degree in Visual Communication
	Good communication skills.
	Attention to detail, creative and problem-solving.

	Consulting clients and partners on the best way to achieve their goals, with benchmarked client servicing standards
	Developing new categories of online advertisers and publishers
	Oversee special projects (future revenue models, strategic alliances, international partnerships, pricing differentiation) that directly impact the revenue of the business
